Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of authentic vintage clothing, we do not accept returns for change of mind, including incorrect fit or change of preference.

We encourage careful review of measurements and descriptions prior to purchase.

Change of Mind

Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of genuine vintage clothing, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

This includes:

  • Incorrect sizing choice
  • Change of preference
  • Delayed delivery where within normal postal timeframes

We encourage customers to carefully review measurements, condition details and photographs before purchasing.

Faulty or Misdescribed Items (Australian Consumer Law)

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If a garment:

  • Has a major fault
  • Is significantly different from the description
  • Is not of acceptable quality
  • Does not match the images or details provided

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.

If you believe your item has a genuine fault or has been significantly misdescribed, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved Returns

If a return is approved:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
  • The garment must not have been worn, altered, cleaned or damaged.
  • The item must be securely packaged.
  • Return shipping must be insured for the full purchase amount.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Refund Processing

Refunds (where applicable) are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
  • Payment processing fees may be deducted where applicable.

Items Damaged During Transit

If an item is damaged during postage:

  • Please notify us immediately.
  • Claims for shipping damage must be lodged with the carrier.
  • We will assist where possible with documentation required.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If an item:

  • Has a major fault,

  • Or does not match the images provided,

you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

International Orders

International purchases are considered final once delivered to the customer, their authorised agent, or the relevant Customs authority.

Customs duties, taxes and import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
